The Boy Who Dared

Recently, 6M read “The Boy Who Dared”, a real life story about a young boy named Helmuth growing up in Nazi Germany.  As he learns more and more about the atrocities of war, and the control Hitler had over his own people, Helmuth risks his life to do what’s right, to stand up for what he believes in.

The students were tasked with designing a movie poster to advertise a film version of the story, and then build a trailer using iMovie.  Below, you’ll find a slide show of posters and a a playlist of videos.  Enjoy seeing the efforts of their work!
