I have a newspaper clipping from 1918 that shows a map of the war in Europe. I have it laminated and framed. I also have my great, great grandfather’s cap badge from the 13th militia (pre-WWI).
By the way, it doesn’t have to be something old. It could be a shell you found on a beach; a special painting or anything else that is truly unique.
It would probably have to be my pin book, because it has pins from cool places in Canada that I’ve been to because of skipping. We also have the key to Sarnia hanging up on the wall in our basement and my great grandfather navy patches.
Cool collection. I’m intrigued by the key to Sarnia.
